The full registration fee will be 150 euro.
The conference registration fees include:
- Conference kit,
- Admission to opening ceremony,
- Admission to all sessions,
- Coffee breaks and lunches during the conference,
- Admission to networking dinner,
- Interpretation/Translation,
- Review of the paper, its presentation and publication in the official conference proceedings,
- CD Rom copy of the official conference proceedings,
- Certificate of attendance (and presented paper for presenters)
Visa Letters Policy :
Invitation letters for attendees who need visas are only issued if the attendee has registered in the conference and paid the due registration fee. Please arrange for obtaining visas early.
