INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL

OF HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT RESEARCH

International Journal of Humanities and Social Development Research is an open-access , double-blind peer-reviewed journal in the scope of  Cross-cultural studies, Political science, Public administration, Education, Ethics, Business Administration, Development studies, Social welfare and Sociology which publishes high-quality original research papers, review articles, critical essays and book review conducted with qualitative, mixed and action research methodology. The main objective of IJHSDR is to provide an intellectual platform for the international scholars. We welcome empirical studies, theoretical articles, case studies, methodological articles and literature reviews. As an open access journal, all articles will be immediately and permanently available for authors and readers to read, download, cite and share.

The IJHSDR published twice a year, in April and October.


Our mission is to encourage researchers to publish their innovative ideas and results in as much detail as possible; therefore, there is no restriction on the length of the papers.

To be published in the International Journal of Humanities and Social Development Research a paper must be substantial and original. The Editorial Board does not accept articles published or submitted for publication elsewhere the journal is published in both print and online versions. Articles and other material published in the IJHSDR represent the opinions of the author(s) and should not be considered to reflect the opinions of the Editorial Board.

The journal features special topics, special issues, and original articles of general interest in the disciplines of humanities and social sciences. The journal also invites leading scholars as guest editors to organize special issues or special topics devoted to certain important themes, subject matters, and research agendas in the humanities and social sciences.


There are no publication fees for any author.

Publication Frequency & DOI IJHSDR assigns a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to each published article. DOI is a unique access number that enables the identification and accessibility of each article published electronically. It is mandatory that each article published in IJHSDR or in early release is assigned a DOI number.


Language


Given that the manuscript must be written in English, if English is not the mother tongue of the author we recommend that the paper should be proofread to ensure its accuracy and improve the language quality. The publisher can also provide a copy-editing service on payment.

Archiving


This journal utilizes the PORTICO system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.

Self-archiving


The Journal allows authors to self-archive their articles in institutional or other specialized repositories and their personal websites. Authors are advised to use the final PDF version published on the Journal’s website for self-archiving purposes. However, it’s not an obligation and authors are free to use the version they prefere; pre-print, post-print or publisher’s PDF version. There is no embargo on the archiving of articles. Authors are allowed deposition of articles on institutional or other specialized depositories and their personal websites immediately after publication on the journal website. Accepted manuscripts can be also archived by authors on depositories and personal websites.
